I was very pleased with the timeliness of the response, and that they were willing to come out to my house after normal business hours. Additionally, I was contacted several times with progress reports while they were waiting for a part to be available. Finally, the repair was done quickly and efficiently. All in all I was pleased with the experience.

Mr. Singh was a very professional, personable and efficient service provider. He diagnosed and fixed our dryer on the day we called. This was particularly wonderful because the first person we called at a different company didn’t arrive on time and couldn’t reschedule for two weeks. So my husband did a little research and found Mr. Singh. When I called him he said he could be out that night. He showed me the problem, showed me the part, and promised that if I had any troubles he would be back to fix it immediately no matter how late that night. What a refreshing customer service attitude! I highly recommend him to others.

Called to ask permission for early arrival. Diagnosed problem in 10 Minutes. Unfortunately cracked transmission needed new washing machine. Manjit showed me the failure and made good recomendations ( top loader do not pay too much, etc.) Please with response, accuracy of diagnosis, all good.

Mr. Singh provided excellent service on our 20-year old oven. He called back (on a Saturday) within minutes of my call. Scheduled appointment for next business day (Monday). (Competitor could not come out for 3 weeks.) Arrived when expected, diagnosed problem, had part, made repair quickly. Very polite, friendly, and competent; a pleasure to deal with. He saved our holiday cooking plans. Would highly recommend him; he will be the person we call for any future applicance repairs.

I am glad to take the time to write a review for US Appliances Services. I was thoroughly impressed and I highly recommend them. I called when our washing machine stopped working in the middle of a cycle. I was told a repair person would be here the next day between 1:00 and 4:00 the next day. Mr. Singh was here at exactly 1:00. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work. He didn’t rush through it, but took the time to explain what he was doing and why, clean out the machine as long as it was open, give us advice on how to maintain the machine, and even recommend ones for when we ever need a new one. He carefully wiped up every drop of water and dirt around it when he was done. Oh, and the price was quite reasonable. Just a few days later my parents’ dryer broke, and they called US Appliances based on my recommendation. They were just as impressed by every aspect of the service. It’s always a pain when an appliance breaks, but if you want the situation dealt with in the best way possible, call US Appliances Services.

Our dishwasher stopped filling with water and I was at a loss as to how to repair it. This also happened right at the beginning of the Omicron spike in COVID cases. We waited for cases to drop but are still very cautious. Mr. Singh purchased an N95 mask to help address our concerns. The problem was diagnosed quickly, and the repair work completed more quickly than I expected once the parts were obtained.

Refreshingly honest and respectful of your property, health and safety. A true professional. He will be the first person I call (or refer to friends & family) should an appliance malfunction. Support your small business person whenever you can–in my opinion & experience they have much more integrity about their work than larger corporations.

I was having an issue with my refrigerator not holding its temperature consistently. I called US Appliance Services; they answered immediately and scheduled service for the next morning. The next day, they showed up exactly on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and actually recommended the less expensive repair (which solved the problem). US Appliance Service is a well-run small business operated with integrity. I will us them for any appliance repair moving forward, and highly recommend them.

My wife and I have been using US Appliance Services exclusively for over a decade. Mr. Singh has been our go to and trusted repair person for all appliances. Unfortunately less than 10 years after we moved into our brand new Toll Brothers home, the furnace and central air failed within months of each other. After providing a very reasonable quote to replace with top of the line “Carrier” equipment, Mr. Singh and his team came out and performed the removal and installation without any major disturbances. Since then we’ve used this company for washer, dryer, micro wave and some other small appliances. They are always responsive, professional and honest. If cost effective repairs can be made, they always recommend that first, rather than forcing us to purchase new. The repairs always last well, and are backed up with warranties when applicable. All new appliances come standard with appropriate warranties per registering on time. Mr. Singh feels like part of our family and I highly recommend him and his team to anyone worried about being taken advantage of, or any other inappropriate business practices because this company will absolutely ensure those worries disappear permanently.

Mr Singh has come to my house to repair my appliances multiple times. I’ve known him for several years now. He always picks up his phone when you call, even in the evenings, and he can trouble shoot a problem for me in seconds. He always has solutions and his repairs have withstood the test of time. His prices are fair. He makes sure you aren’t stranded with a broken appliance and will even come to my house on weekends to get my appliances running. So far he has fixed my ge monogram refrigerator, installed a garbage disposal and fixed my clothes dryer. I’m so glad I found this guy. Don’t hesitate to call him for any home appliance repair! 5 stars!

Used them for several repairs and installations over the past 2 years. Changed 2 A/C units in my Homes in Leesburg and Sterling, changed Water Heater Tanks in Both Homes and repairs on the Freezer and Washer. They are always ontime and always follow up with calls to ensure everything is as it should be. I recommend them as a first rated company who says upfront what they will do and do exactly what they told you will do. Simply Amazing to find someone like that these days! Highly recommended.

U.S. Appliances Services, Inc. and its owner Singh is a superb operation. I would recommend this company as the only one to call by anyone needing appliance repair. On our farm, we have a very large and very old stone farmhouse dating to 1810. The stove is a very high end DCS gas stove (six burners, griddle and two ovens), but like the house, it is very old–and both ovens were inoperable. We had two separate appliance repair companies look at it and could not repair it. U.S Appliances Services was recommended to us by an appliance repair company, which is unusual. Singh responded to my call within twenty-four hours, quickly diagnosed the problem and through thorough and extensive research, found a source of these repair parts. Within a day of the parts arrival, he was on the job, doing what was a complex installation which involved considerable adaptation and customization. The stove is now working fine and “cooking on all burners–and two ovens!” The price for all this excellent service was very reasonable. If you need appliance repair, you should call Singh.
